Easywish ("we", "us") provides a service for creating and sharing personalised animated greeting cards via a unique link. By using the site you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for the photos, names, and messages you upload. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to share. We may remove cards that breach these rules without notice.
Prices shown at checkout (currently from 70p) are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT and are charged in GBP. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
Once payment is confirmed, your shareable card link is generated immediately. You are responsible for sending that link to the recipient. Cards remain accessible for at least 12 months from purchase.
Because cards are personalised digital products that are delivered immediately, refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a card is limited to the amount you paid for that card.
