Refund Policy

Digital product notice

Easywish cards are personalised digital goods that are delivered immediately at checkout (you receive a unique shareable link as soon as payment succeeds). Under UK consumer law, by completing your purchase you agree that delivery starts straight away and you waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right for digital content.

When we offer a full refund

  • Your card link never generated after a successful payment.
  • The card page is permanently broken and we can't fix it.
  • You were charged twice for the same card.
  • You report unauthorised use of your card within 30 days.

When we can't refund

  • You changed your mind after the link was generated.
  • The recipient didn't open the card or didn't like it.
  • You typed the wrong name, message, or uploaded the wrong photo (you can edit the card before sharing the link, or buy a new one).

How to request a refund

Email hello@easywish.app within 30 days of your purchase. Please include the card link or the email address you used at checkout. We aim to respond within 2 working days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank — we can almost always resolve issues faster directly.
